4.7 Unique characters.

5. Roleplay Combat Rules
5.1 Roleplay combat on DemiRP may be done either through play to lose (P2L) or turn-based utilizing the roll (/roll) feature built into the server.
5.1a P2L works by both opposing parties, agreeing to not utilize the built-in roll feature and instead automatically accept the opponent's action without a roll being needed to see if the attack lands. This method is used mainly to create more engaging and immersive roleplay and when used the mindset of losing should be embraced on both sides, unless a predetermined winner was selected beforehand.
5.1b Turn based roll combat works by utilizing the built in /roll feature (ex: /roll 100). When an action is sent, both parties would do a /roll, and depending on who wins the roll (has the higher roll result), the attacker (player who has done the action) or the defender (player who is getting actioned against), the action is deemed successful (attack has won the roll) or unsuccessful (defender has won the roll). No matter the result, after the rolls have been done, the action is switched to the party which defended previously, and it is not their turn to do an action.
